Cafe Deli are a trustworthy and convenient food supplier. There customer service is brilliant and our usual delivery driver Aiden is very professional and always delivers a helpful and fun experience.

This place is an absolute joke! They couldn't care less about their customers. We've been buying from them for over 5 years and spending thousands every month, but there is zero loyalty to the customer. They have reduced our delivery days to 2 only per week and we had no say in when we want our deliveries. We can only order for a Tuesday and a Thursday, leaving us for 4 days with no deliveries. We practically begged them to spread out or delivery days with a wider gap if they insist on delivering only twice a week, but they were very unhelpful. Some items they also require 2 days notice which means we can't even place all of our orders for one of the two days that we are allowed to get deliveries. Half the time they are our of stock and doesn't give us any notice. They frequently change their products which means we have to update our prices and products too. The management of Cafe Deli couldn't care less about the businesses they supply to.

Most dangerous company to work for, I was let go unfairly as was dealing with a sick family member,Family run company that have a deaf man working there with forklifts and everything driving around, feed their staff outdated foods,They don't let you see your contract, the manager can't run himself nevermind a warehouse, no duty of care what so ever, no health and safety in place what so everDisgraceful company, avoid at all costs,They also change dates on products and send them to customers, AVOID

I?m a volunteer with Fuel Our Frontline, during this Covid-19 crisis we?ve been delivering groceries to the frontline NHS staff. I?ve been loading up at Café Deli in the mornings before heading off to the hospitals and have found the staff there to be amazing! As well as being a supplier, Café Deli has been a generous supporter of Fuel Our Frontline by giving our charity credit so we can?t thank them enough.

I've been speaking with Sam in regards to setting up an account and ordering from Cafe Deli as they're local. She's been wonderful and even followed up with a phone call to make sure everything was fine. Really help and I'm glad to have them near for supplies and more.Thanks again Sam, be back soon.

Can I just say that Cafe Deli staff are amazing. I help to run the Rusty Bike Cafe in Uxbridge. Whenever I phone an order through, the staff could not be more friendly and so helpful. Well done and thank you. I hope you're all appreciated by your company. I would give you 10 stars if I could.
