Dr Patel is such a wonderful dentist, her bedside manner is fantastic. I hadn't been to a dentist in a long time due to a needle phobia, after a lot of CBT I finally felt ready but was very nervous.Dr Patel put me at ease straight away she was kind and non-judgemental. If you haven't been to a dentist in a while I would really recommend going here. Everyone from the welcoming reception staff to the friendly dental assistant, to the dentist herself were kind, patient and very supportive.Also I was seen very quickly being able to book the same week for an initial check up. I know Bupa dental can be expensive but it honestly feels worth every penny for the fantastic service.

Have recently been in for a check up and clean and polish.Dr Patel did an incredibly good job. My teeth have never felt and looked so clean. Was made to feel very comfortable and relaxed as I can be a nervous patient!

Kreena Patel has been and is my go to Dentist in this practice! Her care, tenderness and sheer professionalism is a credit and tremendous asset to Bupa. I highly recommend Kreena to take care of all your dental hygiene? she is awesome!!!!!

I travel quite the distance to Bupa Croydon since I have recently moved home. I must say it is probably the most friendly practice I have ever been with and the staff there are incredible. So helpful and lovely every time!Huge thank you due to Breda who really gave me a wonderful clean and educated me on how to use the brushes correctly to solve my problems.Thank you so much Bupa Croydon!

Kreena and Emma, were fantastic and they took great care of me. If there were any issues with my care eg delayed Invisalign deliveries due to the pandemic they communicated effectively and were very helpful in offering solutions. Would definitely recommend them as they are friendly and make you feel relaxed. And the price for Invisalign was good compared with what other providers were offering me.
