“Lee was fantastically helpful in matching bricks after having a terrible experience with London Reclaimed Brick Merchants where a load of unusable rubbish turned up. Great bricks from Premier and hardly any wastage as well. Quick delivery. Brilliant family run firm. Can't recommend enough. Have already gone back again (as we didn't order enough the first time)”

“I have been using Mitcham builders merchants for a while now and they never fail me. Always plenty of stock, delivery’s are always bang on time and they go the extra mile for the service. If they do not stock an item they can definitely source it for you. I have between 2-3 delivery’s a week and have done for a while and not one has been late and not one has been wrong. Keep the great work up. Excellent service.”

“Massive Thank you to Joell who helped me today! Decided to put up my own shelves after receiving a rediculous quote from a carpenter. Needless to say Joell was extremely patient, helpful and knowledgeable and got exactly what I wanted! Thank you!”

“Have been here many times, usually with my builder, to get all sorts of materials, wood, tools, paint, screws, ladders, etc - anythingyou mightneedforyourDIY project. The store is very spacious and well organised, making it very easy to find what you need. There's always space in their car park outside.”

“I usually drive to B&Q through the purley way traffic which is dreadful 9/10. I have been there a couple of times recently and the staff haven’t been helpful and don’t seem interested in customer service. If an item you want is there it’s there and if it isn’t you get a shrugged shoulder but they won’t show you where an item is and they don’t like answering questions and the customer service area is manned like it used to be. I wasn’t impressed on my last visit for this reason. A week later I was desperate for tiles so looked up my nearest shops and up popped “Wickes” in the colonnades. It was much easier to get to and they had the mosaic tiles I needed. The guys who work there are so lovely and helpful I couldn’t believe it. They were polite and willing to take you to the product you asked fer. Between three of them they were trying to help everyone in there. They were a breath of fresh air. The guy who was dealing with me and my tiler asked the manager to do something on the til. He came over and was just as nice. No waiting. No stress and great customer service. This will be my “go to” place now!!! Great staff here.”
