Not my nearest local shop but I had a pleasure of do a little shopping there yesterday. I bought cat litter, food and treats plus some candles and cigarettes. As an ADHD person I do forget things.., this time I left cigarettes on the counter without realizing it.. until today when my partner asked for them. Anyway, I went back to the shop hoping I left them and YES, last night shop staff told morning staff that someone have left fags behind and they were waiting for me to come back. It absolutely made my day and restored my believe in humanity.. Living the shop today I had a little cry because it really meant a lot to me today...\\n\\nTHANK YOU! \\u003c3\\n\\np.s they are way cheaper than my nearest local shop too, saved £2 on cat litter, £1.5 on cat food and .50 pence on candle...

Mni Super Market nearest to me. Changed owners a few times as I believe its afranchaise. Staff are polite ways. It's a bit on the expensjve side. Stocks alot of different merchandise not just food..

While most shops like this say hello when you walk in...these guys actually smile every time...always a good sign ?.International foods aswell as local1 year later updating and still exactly the same. ??

One of the commercial outlets at Ruskin Parade. Used to be Nisa Supermarket. Adjacent to Brothers Cafe and Whelan's, the outlet seems to cater to the convenience of the varied tastes and preferences of the general publicThe Romanian Super Market next door is gone. Used to love the Pear Juice.

Great shop and friendly staff . I was looking for a nice wine to gift someone and was amazed to find they had a great collection of them. Raj one of the staff took the time to find out what I needed and what my preferences were, and then he walked me through the different wines and promotions they had. He then hand-picked couple of Wines, and even helped to gift pack them. Great service . I will definitely use this Great local shop in the future too.

People working at this store are the rudest people with zero customer service and manners. I went to the store and asked if a product is on offer and instead of letting me know the person on the counter said very rudely " the price is marked very clearly" . It is not the first time I faced bad customer service at this store, but I thought its ok as everyone has bad days at work and leave it with the review. They cannot be bothered to move from their place and help the customer with their need. I also wanted to drop my parcel using the Hermes collect & drop point, the person on the counter refused to take it (because I did not buy any goods), as they provide the Hermes service only for those customers who buy any goods from their store. When I asked them to show me the policy and again instead of showing it to me the person on the counter said "go at the back and read it yourself", which is very unprofessional. I would not recommend anyone to go there and buy their products as the staff is very rude and not helpful at all. If they would be more friendlier towards their customers I would not mind spending few more pennies for my shopping, even though their products are far more expensive than other stores offering on the same road. Right now the entire world is going through a very hard time because of COVID19, but instead standing with each other and supporting each other during this hard time, these people are showing their bad side. Not going back to the store for my shopping.

Please avoid this shop and spend your money elsewhere (preferably at the Tesco down the road). The staff are seriously rude and on two occasions I've used the Hermes printer and only after printing the labels been told that their scanner is "out of service". The first time it happened I turned up the next day and their scanner was magically working again. Today I printed 5 labels in the shop and I'd been standing there for nearly 15 minutes and it was just me and two workers and only when I went to the till after printing all my labels did they tell me that their scanner wasn't working. But they also said to come in tomorrow morning. It's obvious that the scanner was not faulty and they were just being lazy, especially since I was the only customer in the shop.

Absolutely disgusting that I had to spend £5 in the shop in order to print my returns label. This is not clearly advertised at all, and the staff waited until I had printed my Hermes label out before demanding I spent £5. I wish I had taken it to the post office down the road for free. The staff were incredibly rude. I wont be using the shop again. Whats the point in online stores offering free returns....If drop off shops then force you to spend £5 ?! DO NOT USE

I didn't realise i had a great local shop just around the corner with a great selection of fresh fruits and vegetables . Used to shop with Tesco but will use Budgens in the future. Also the staff are friendly and informative. I will definitely shop with them in the future . I have to add the shop looks and feels clean.

Honestly the rudest place I?ve ever been too. I was collecting some parcels and the first guy ignored me as I walked in saying hello. He walked away and a lady finally said hello back. And omg they were both the most rude people I?ve met. No customer service. No manners. Just downright rude!!!
