Forced to use shelf checkout even though staff were present, staff still had to get a bag and approve item. Shop got busy and staff started serving customers again. Bizarre and a terrible system.

zero performance of staff
on 26 july around 6.00 clock i go there to pick the order, the old tamil women on counter told me to wait for one minute, after ten minutes i remind her again and she came in aggressive mode and told me to cancel the order if i cant wait.
like what is this behaviour?
if you cant work properly then plz sit in your home

Don t go there , to put petrol !! Charge 20p before the fuel coming in to the car ! Dont put petrol there !!!

Night staff old man is very bad behaviour he think he is owner of petrol station.
Night staff very rude i m delivery driver i came to pick up 2 things i vodka and bottle of coje he told me half an hour wait i m alone and no 1 front of me no queue he said like that .not happy customer service manager need to take action night staff. Thanks

Got a parking ticket for exceeding the 30mins limit although the whole time I was there I was waiting in a queue to use the car wash, I have since appealed the decision and it has been revoked but you really need to look into this as it?s not fair people get penalised for something that is beyond their control

Deceptively advertises having AdBlue pump - they do not! I have found this exact issue with several BPs in England now. Cashier didn?t like being told they were falsely advertising - go somewhere else!

The old man with glasses that works at the tills late nights isn?t fit to work. He demonstrated extremely strange behaviour. This has been ongoing for a while but I gave him benefit of the doubt. But his rude demeanour today combined with being too busy on his phone instead of doing his job was unforgivable. The owner of this business really needs to consider employing someone else.
