Could be closed at lunch time but no way of knowing, closes on bank holidays, closes early, very small store with little variety

Worst boots. It's often just randomly closed when it should be open, and even when it is open it is the shelves are bare and loads of things are out of stock. Sad situation

Gave a prescription for my son and didn't even order it well after a week. Kept getting told that they had ordered it when they had not despite 3 trips to the pharmacy. Surely they can be honest?

Shop looks dirty and half stocked, attention is extremely slow, I waited 10 mins to pay for a simple box of Lemsip. Ended up leaving and buying it at Sainsbury's in just one minute.
Other options in the area are much better (Orion or Hobbs in Purley Hospital)

First class service. After visiting the emergency GP Hub at Purley hospital today. The Pharmacy staff went above and beyond to help me get my prescriptions which unfortunately the GP had messed up.They helped me resolve a very stressful situation when I was suffering a lot of pain.They even contacted another branch for me.Lovely friendly service, even when busy on a Saturday afternoon.Thank you.

This store has an appalling service record as you never know when it's going to be open. It would appear the pharmacist takes a Friday off sick to extend his weekend causing the store to close. What good is that for people dependant on their medication. This is not the first time this has happened but several times.

Doesn?t notify people anywhere online about this. Came a long way to get a prescription from them. Staff can see me outside and desperate to collect a very urgent prescription but they choose to ignore you and walk away. Few staff members inside but not a single one to help?so much for healthcare?

Possibly the worst Boots store I've ever encountered. Not only is the service painfully slow, the opening times are bewildering at best. Firstly, it is closed on Sundays (?). During bank holidays, there is no advertisement around store opening times, as I have just found when I arrived to the store, which (surprised), was closed. Don't get me wrong, the staff are pleasant. But simple things like increasing the urgency of service, and communicating opening times in the shop window during bank holidays would go a long way in improving this store.
