Never enough staff working, incredibly slow service and no self checkouts to speed it up.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I feel compelled to share my recent experience because this isn't the first time I have left this branch feeling disappointed.

I just came out of Boots purley way store. Think I need to warn people there is no air conditioning and there are barely any staff. No staff at the pharmacy to advise on medicines apart from the actual pharmacists who are making them and too busy for customers and one staff member on the main tills.
