After receiving a call the day before saying my eye test was overdue I made an appointment for 2 days later.When I arrived I was told it wasn't due for another year. I was made to feel as if I was in the wrong even though it was on their system. I have cataracts and a family history of Glaucoma also been having headache. They said I would have to pay even though I am in receipt of pension credit and aged 72.I've always had very good treatment from Boots croydon and go out of my to get there having severe arthritis and walk with a stick.I felt very upset when I left and all this was said in front of all the people waiting.
