The price was good and it was delivered without a problem.
The beds comes as a flat pack, but goes together well.

The delivery person was excellent - he was efficient and kind and helpful and careful. He even waited for my helper to dust and hoover under where the bed sits. It was one of those rare really good experiences of service. Scott is to be commended on his customer care and attitude.

So, we get to the store, try a few mattresses and then realise there are so many that we just don?t know where to go from there? Luckily, we were approached by Ian who offered to assist us. How ridiculous. Moving to new property on 22.5.25 which is 0.7 miles from my current address. Informed today by staff at Bensons for beds Croydon that new address will mean a new delivery date. Three/fours weeks away. How does that work?
By car, my new address is literally 4 mins away from my current address. If I could give no stars I would.

Long standing issue (almost two years) due to a manufacturing fault on the adjustable bed. Finally got it resolved this week with a completely new bed and mattress supplied. All the credit and thanks go to the brilliant manager at the Croydon branch called Shravan. His information and attitude was always correct and helped us every step of the way in what was a complicated process. Many thanks again!
