“I was seen by Julie Edwards in the 20th May 2019. She is an excellent worker. Very caring, patient, understanding and kind. I felt so comfortable speaking to her. She made me relax and she has so much knowledge about her job. She should be employee of the month or something. But her hard work and humility should be recognised. “I don't usually do reviews but if I could give santander more than 5 stars, I would have.I'm a single mother & sometimes very difficult to pay my bills on time. Santander bank is the only bank I have bank with the allows my direct debit go through without charging me extra, i can still use my card to buy food for my children even if it's minus. When my universal credit comes in, they take it back. The Bank looks after parents like me in this difficult time & I will forever be grateful.Thank you Santander”

“I went into the branch to get help with my mobile banking and saw a polite young man that helped me get back online and even showed me features I wasn't aware of. He showed me that nationwide now have demonstrations that i can use should I need help and can't get into branch.Will definitely come into the branch should I need any further help.”

“We tried to open a bank account for our business. It took 7 days to open it because my name didn’t match with the company details.It would have been quicker if someone had let us know which documents our accountant needed to upload to the companies house website. We were very confused about the procedure and had many calls and visit to store.Thank you to Mr. Boon and Mr. Winston for finally sorting this out.”

“An amazing team of staff, very great always ready to help and always accommodating to all. I love going in here just saying morning or using the cash machine as they also look after their customers and look out for wellbeing. They have security which is a major plus as this protects the customer and are always on the watch for people lingering around so if anyone is doing this they are then approached to see if they need help so this is a deterrent and this branch is probably only one in Croydon or bank that does this so thank you Natwest for keeping the community safe.”
