Doug was a lifesaver doing a remote viewing for my flatmate and I and answering all our questions. The rent they were asking for was really reasonable and there was no betting war required between us and other applicants because the focus for them is having trustworthy tenants rather than just whoever has the most money, which I didn't think was possible in London! Hayley and Scott were great as well. Definitely recommended if you want a reasonable estate agent in London.

I am not one to write reviews but after engaging Bairstow Eves to buy my first property, I felt compelled to leave one. A special thanks goes to Tenaha Taylor who was absolutely amazing from beginning to end. She walked me through the whole process and was on hand to answer all of my questions and put me at ease with any concerns I had. She was professional and friendly and always provided me with weekly updates. I had a very happy and positive experience with Bairstow Eves and I would definitely recommend using them!

We used them to let our flat after a competitive bidding process. The manager, Chrissie, impressed us with her knowledge and her honesty. We had planned to leave some of the old carpets and some furniture. She was very frank about what tenants would want, which didn?t include the furniture we planned to leave and the carpets. Following her advice, we let the flat quickly for a higher price than we were asking and on a 2 year let. The whole process was smooth and hassle free. We have retained Bairstow Eves on a managed basis as we were very happy with the service. We will use them again. Thanks to all the team.

A professional, warm and reliable team. I will recommend them over and over again. Great people, all of them with special mention to Harvey(the rookie at the time who was the BEST of the BEST), Doug(the fascinating expert facilitator), Petya(the lovely lady with a warm mien) and Scott(whom I didn't get to meet in person, but spoke with him over the phone and he sure knows his onions).

Tenaha recently dealt with the sale of a property for me. At all times she was very professional, ringing me weekly and updating me on how the sale was progressing. Very helpful and friendly lady. Professional, polite and knowledgeable team, we had interaction with several of the staff whom all were good and we do appreciate the teams assistance in a successful deal. We would certainly use Bairstow Eves Sales & Lettings at East Croydon for all our property needs in the future. Our only gripe which cost the extra star was often when calling the office I'd estimate 75% the time it would call and go through to voicemail. We would have to wait for a call back or more often call again several times throughout the day in-between our working day. I am not sure what advice I can offer on that as it's certainly a busy day everyday for the team but would expect an administrator to answer and take a message. Overall nothing to be too concerned the actual people working there are very lovely and a pleasure to do business with, thank you particularly to Scott who was excellent. Thank you.

I rented out my flat. They are very swift, kind and professional. I have used a couple of other real estate agencies. I can definitely say that Blairstow Eves is the best I know.

Lovely and professional team. Really helpful when it was time to find the right property, matching our busy working lives with evening time viewings. Once we moved they were quick and brilliant at supporting us with small repairs and general questions. We recommend this service.

I rented out an apartment via Bairstow Eves and had a pleasant experience. My interaction was mainly with Doug who was professional throughout. Doug was pleasant at the apartment viewing and very knowledgeable of the area. Hayley, who works alongside Doug was also very pleasant and dealt with the delays with providing the agreement professionally. I moved in on the agreed date with all the information I needed provided to me.Only thing I'll ask is that the welcome to a new home package include items for 2023 :)

As house sales go, a really relaxed and stress free experience. This was down, in the main, to the relationship with Tenaha at Bairstow and brilliant communication with all parties involved. There was lots of opportunity for the house sale to fall off the ?tracks?, yet her ability to spin all those ?proverbial? plates, made all parties feel at ease and knowing that it was all under control. The ability to be candid, yet understanding with individuals, when the industry can dictate, perhaps a demagogic behaviour, is a rare commodity in my experience. An opportunity to also say thank you to Maxine and Jake who have also helped me previous sales and purchases too.

Had a great experience with Doug during the viewing of an apartment. New it right from there the apartment was the one and Doug was very supportive throughout the process of securing it. Thank you to the whole Bairstow&Eves team for your service, friendly and personal approach. Also loved the welcome pack box given to us on move-in day with some goodies that really come handy on your first day in a new place.

I had a really positive experience with Bairstow of Croydon. As a first time buyer I was pretty much clueless. From start to finish, the way Elise helped me was really professional and friendly. She had such a great attitude it made the whole process easier. Hopefully I won't have to buy again for a long while but when I do I hope to deal with someone of Elises standards.
