I recently became a first-time homeowner, and I can't speak highly enough of the exceptional service provided by BairstowEves, particularly Aliyah and Shelley. Aliyah's dedication and promptness in providing crucial information, even communicating with the seller when needed, made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Her accommodating nature, allowing multiple visits to the property during my decision-making process, was greatly appreciated.When Shelley joined the process, their teamwork seamlessly facilitated communication between solicitors, ensuring progress despite numerous delays caused by the legal side. Despite the challenges, Aliyah and Shelley's professionalism and commitment shone through, keeping me reassured and informed every step of the way. This is the second time I have used Bairstow Eves South Croydon branch services. The first time was five years ago when I bought my flat and again more recently (November 2023) when I sold it. During the most recent experience, the process was was much longer than I originally anticipated, due to no fault of the branch! The staff there currently, particularly Mariam, Aliyah and Shelley, were very patient, explained the process throughout, were very accommodating especially when arranging viewings and always courteous and helpful. I would highly recommend their services. Thank-you!

I have recently completed my contract with them and I have been following with them for excess rent paid which has not been refunded till date after constant follow ups with them. It?s really been disappointing with the way they are handling the situation. Didn?t expected this kind of response and behaviour

Estate Agency is hard work right now, and you need to have an agent who is prepared to put in the hours to deliver. In the Croydon Branch, Elliot and Tenaha both worked really hard to sell my house, and I appreciate all the work they put in. I'd recomend them at Bairstow Eves.

Absolute thieves. Make sure you do not give them any holding deposit as they are very scummy, will steal the deposit and ignore your emails after. Nasty ppl
