Store manager Charlie and staff Janice (at collection counter) are very rude in their behaviour. They should know how to speak to the customer. Not at all customer friendly. Looks like they are not interested to listen the customer view. Very bad customer service.

Store has a good layout and clean, but the click and collect service is abysmal. Empty desk and it took ages for someone to actually come.

Absolute shambles of a service.Got text a delivery would be on the expected day, nothing turned up, no call from the driver or store and then was forever chasing. Called up the customer service line, no real help just will escalate. Nothing heard, chased up via online chat, same will escalate, nothing heard. Filled in the online form, yep you guessed it, no contact back.Went into the Merton store and lady was helpful and said its the Croydon store that is the problem, they are supposed to deliver it. Called the Croydon store and they came back to me saying the driver ran out of time, crazy that I have had to go through all this time wasting to get this info, and to top it off the Croydon store didn't ever offer a next stay service - after 3 days of nothing - they offered to deliver in another 3 days time, what a joke (no apology either) - you'd think in this day and age tracking would be available, but nope.

Terrible customer service. Ordered online to be dispatched from this store and a week later still nothing has turned up. Been in touch with customer service 4 times about this and every time they tell me the issue has been raised with the store and they will contact me but they never do! Tried to ring to store 5 times but surprise surprise nobody answers the bloody phone. Really frustrating and disappointing to say the least!

Joshua and Pascal were the perfect mix of friendly and professional. They helped me to calculate how much wallpaper I needed, gave their opinions when I asked what they thought of my choices and even suggested some other nice ones for me to look at. Got sent away with samples and have now purchased the paper for my room. Thank you

We needed a little pot of paint, not a big order, but still received a stellar customer service from Donna. Give that lady a raise, she did not went the extra mile, she went the extra light year! Explaining us everything, asking the right questions, never condescending and very patient.

Please avoid this store if you can.The worse customer service I?ve ever seen. Place the order online, it?s due on two days after. I waited for one week nothing has come. Called their customer service, advices the order will be delivered by the Croydon store. I tried to contacted the store many times. no surprise, no one answers the phone. Called the customer service again which promise I can do click and collect from this store as they have delivery issues. We went to here. The staff advised we can pick it up from the shelf, then they will do exchange for us, it?s took us about one hour to found all the paint we ordered as all the paint in a mess. Have to search every inch to find it. Went to check out the staff advice they can?t find my order which the customer service said we can pick up from the store. I?m so disappointed they just waster my time. Called the customer service for refund as I didn?t get my order. The customer service said they can?t do it. They have to contact the store to see what happens. I finally got my order after one week delayed ,one pot of paint was leaking inside of the box. I called the customer service to refund my money back as felt so frustrated to contact them again and again, then nothing happens. I still haven?t got my money back after two weeks. I called them again yesterday, promised to refund in 3-5 working days. I shocked how bad the service was and no one e-mail or call me to update what happens. It?s not a complicated order, they just completely ignore you.
