Worst courier service i've ever experienceddon't answer phones ,driver doesn't speak a word of Englishhas to communicate with a translater on his phone ,would'nt give it one star, how did the driver get a job if he can't speak English,how can he read road signs? Had to give it one star to post this ,take it I would not give one

Got the notification as the parcel will be delivered between 10:50 to 12:50. At 14:42 got the message that the delivery was attempted at 13:30 but obviously was no attempt. I understand that sometimes the system fails but I organized some time working from home to get this sorted and now I have to wait for another week when I ordered and paid for the next day delivery.In all fairness, I contacted the customer service phone and they dealt with the problem very quickly rearranging the delivery in a week time.I hope that this could be corrected for future.

By far the worst courier I have ever dealt with. I would highly recommend avoiding AtoZ Couriers at all costs.Disclaimer: The issue I had was with the local affiliate company, AtoZ Croydon. However, as they are part of APC Overnight partnership, and the followup customer care service was from APC, I consider they are both at fault.I was expecting a delivery of fresh meat (venison steaks) as an overnight delivery from Scotland to London. The seller had arranged the delivery service and the box was clearly marked with fresh meat and "do not return to depot" labels, along with refrigeration gel packs. I was expecting delivery on the Thursday, it did not arrive and when I called AtoZ local depot I was told the driver had to finish his shift early and they would deliver on Friday. I had been tracking the parcel and I was number 4 in the queue around midday, and was only a couple of hundred meters away, so I would have expected any parcel labelled with fresh produce to be prioritised. Guess not. I asked the AtoZ helpline if it would be stored appropriately but was told they didn't have refrigeration and it would be fine as the depot was a "cold warehouse". Not exactly meeting food and hygiene standards...Waited for the delivery the next day (Friday), and it also failed to appear. Again, I contacted the AtoZ depot and was told that the courier that day had run out of time and they would attempt delivery on Monday as they didn't do weekend deliveries, meaning fresh meat would be sitting unrefrigerated for several days (worth noting this was January). Sam situation on Monday, waited all day and no delivery. I was at home all day and would have known if they had attempted delivery, but was told by an incredibly rude woman and AtoZ that they had tried to deliver and nobody was in (lies) and they were no longer in possession of it. They also said there were no contact details (phone number etc) in their system for me.At this point I contacted APC main customer service, who took my details and promised to look into it an provide and update, I did this on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday and spoke to a different person on each occasion. Nobody ever bothered to respond. After this point I wrote it off never receiving it, and let the seller know.Two weeks later I was contacted by a courier local to the seller, who had originally picked up the parcel and transferred to APC. They informed me they had just received my parcel with a return to sender sticker. I asked how this local courier knew my phone number, and they said it was in their system. Clearly AtoZ not only had my parcel but also my contact details. Sadly, I had to ask the local courier to dispose of the package as it contained two week old unrefrigerated meat.There has been absolutely no apology or offer of compensation from APC or AtoZ despite them being wholly at fault. Customer service was an absolute farce from both companies and especially AtoZ who had the worst "not my problem mate" attitude.I don't want a standard copy and paste apology from either, they had multiple opportunities to help rectify the situation and both failed miserably. The parcel was clearly marked and labelled including a "do not return to depot" sticker.I would highly advise against using this company if you want your parcel to arrive on time, if at all!

Got a text saying our delivery would be between 8:55 and 10:55, waited in, at 3pm contacted them by web form, no response. 5pm called them and they said problem on drivers route so he couldn?t make it today, I asked why no notification they said the system wasn?t updated. I asked when it would be here and they said sometime tomorrow couldn?t tell me when. Not apologetic at all.

Excellent Customer Service. Missed my delivery at home so phoned the depot. Spoke to Neil. Answered the telephone immediately. So refreshing for a courier company. Most leave ou waiting.Neil so polite and helpful. Gave me options to collect the next day or have redelivered.Chose to collect on Saturday. Easy to find, able to park. Had my parcel within 4 minutes.Great service.

It is the most horrible delivery company. I waited a week for the order, I took the day off to receive the order. The person who was supposed to bring my order did not ring the doorbell or knock on the door. When I called the number of the company based in Croydon, a lady answered and gave me the wrong post code. Shame on this company.You don't know how to respect your customers.

Worked from home as item was meant to be an overnight delivery. Called in the morning, said they cant give an estimated time but definitely within the day. Waited whole day and nothing. Avoid this courier if you can

Kept missing a delivery due to my proximity to the office. Went to collect the item and was seen to swiftly, whilst waiting, another staff member came to enquire if I had been dealt with. Due to my error it was redelivered and I missed it. They took my number, called on the day and sent the driver back out after his round to deliver the item. These guys are A1. I'd have no hesitation in using them in the future. Thank you
