“What can i say, Bruce is always friendly in the morning and up for a chat and the afternoon staff (yet to learn there names) go above and beyond to help me Today I popped in as i was at work and forgot my phone charger and had to take an important phone call. I has no cash on me so the PM staff kindly gave me one of there own personal chargers! Cant thank them enough for saving me like that. Always pop in most days sometimes just to say hello. Great Store Great Staff”

“Handy if you need cash, for example for a hand car wash available close by. Sometimes there are issues with some cash machines, but since here are 3 at one place, at least one is usually working (not always though). Not sure why people are still so attached to the cash, but since they are, these are definitely useful. In the worst case if non is working - do some shopping and ask for cash back at asda - same building.”

“Decent garage. Service is good and the staff are very friendly. Has a Select store and also a good car wash area with pressure washer. Tyre inflation. Usual petrol station prices for food. Does not get too busy. Only the petrol prices at the moment are the issue ⛽”

“I don't usually do reviews but if I could give santander more than 5 stars, I would have.I'm a single mother & sometimes very difficult to pay my bills on time. Santander bank is the only bank I have bank with the allows my direct debit go through without charging me extra, i can still use my card to buy food for my children even if it's minus. When my universal credit comes in, they take it back. The Bank looks after parents like me in this difficult time & I will forever be grateful.Thank you Santander”

He was so efficient, multi tasking with different customers, making sure we had all the information and help we requested. Absolutely brilliant, polite and extremely well mannered. He showed me that nationwide now have demonstrations that i can use should I need help and can't get into branch.Will definitely come into the branch should I need any further help.”

It took 7 days to open it because my name didn’t match with the company details.It would have been quicker if someone had let us know which documents our accountant needed to upload to the companies house website. We were very confused about the procedure and had many calls and visit to store.Thank you to Mr. Boon and Mr. Winston for finally sorting this out.”

“Convenient Post office in the store. Sent and received parcels fine. Store sells stationary, mags, sweets and have few supermarket things. Big car park in front (although mind your car doors so park on the end).”

“An amazing team of staff, very great always ready to help and always accommodating to all. I love going in here just saying morning or using the cash machine as they also look after their customers and look out for wellbeing. They have security which is a major plus as this protects the customer and are always on the watch for people lingering around so if anyone is doing this they are then approached to see if they need help so this is a deterrent and this branch is probably only one in Croydon or bank that does this so thank you Natwest for keeping the community safe.”
