Served by Georgina today and she was excellent. Very quickly exchanged a watch I wanted and found me the one I wanted to get within minutes.

In the 07/02/2025, at 7:30 pm I went to PURLEY WAY ARGOS I ask the cashier to place an order for me she was grumpy and so rude she doesn?t want sell for me she asked me to pay cash when I accept she said I must learn how to use the machine to order! When I told her you supposed to help the customer she said it?s not her job when I asked her about her name to complain she said that; she is the manager and she refused to give me her name.
I went to other branch they said she could order today for you and you can collect it tomorrow!!!!
She was racist when she finished from me, she going outside her desk to serve other customers with smile!
Just because the are the same colour of her skin And I have proof of that. It?s just shame to meet those people in the UK

Cancelled order at the exact time it was due to be collected with no explanation. Useless service set up on an unreliable and faulty system.

Selling faulty products returned by previous customers or damaged due to their poor packaging as "new". I bought three products over the past week on different days and returned each of them the next day as they were damaged or marked due to previous use. All were refunded and put through their system as "change of mind" which was not the case - they were all damaged goods. These will no doubt keep being sold until someone can't be bothered to trek back to the store to return. An appalling commercial practice. The staff were all very nice and this is not their fault as this clearly comes from senior management.

I'm happy I came to this store when I did as some kids were still out of school and I had the opportunity to ask all the questions I wanted answers to without the pressure of a queue of people behind me. I had the pleasure of talking with Curtis the manager on duty who had the patience to sort out all my problems with efficiency and interest and without hesitation. Absolute impeccable service at this location!

Worst ever customer service I have ever experience..I have been using this Argos since 2010 it was located in a separate building those days we were received a best customer service ever, since it?s moved in to the purley way Sainsburys it?s all collapsed, as a regular customer recently I?ve been to the same branch and try to return an item and get a refund ,but the people were serving me representing themselves are managers and behaving rude and said nothing wrong with this product and you opened the item ..then what is the purpose you guys offering us a 30 days money back guarantee In first place? ..I never recommend this Argos, people be aware.
