I'm happy I came to this store when I did as some kids were still out of school and I had the opportunity to ask all the questions I wanted answers to without the pressure of a queue of people behind me. I had the pleasure of talking with Curtis the manager on duty who had the patience to sort out all my problems with efficiency and interest and without hesitation. Absolute impeccable service at this location!

Worst ever customer service I have ever experience..I have been using this Argos since 2010 it was located in a separate building those days we were received a best customer service ever, since it?s moved in to the purley way Sainsburys it?s all collapsed, as a regular customer recently I?ve been to the same branch and try to return an item and get a refund ,but the people were serving me representing themselves are managers and behaving rude and said nothing wrong with this product and you opened the item ..then what is the purpose you guys offering us a 30 days money back guarantee In first place? ..I never recommend this Argos, people be aware.

Went to collect a pre-ordered item. Made it a few steps from the till before noticing a 2ft long tear across the item and the bag it came in. Zero quality control, no checking of items whatsoever and shoddy service

Both times I have used this argos click and collect point, the set up of the line has been extremely confusing. One member of staff watched me wait at the corner of the paid online line and totally ignored me, then began serving other customers. After she had served 3 people, I said i had been waiting and she was very rude & dismissive; repeating that i was in the wrong place and to look on the floor markings. I will not be using this argos click and collect point again.

By far the worst Argos iv ever been to, The staff are nice but the manager is really rude and just has no common sense. As long as you're buying your a very good customer, the moment you want to return something... uh oh..Returning an item here?, be prepared to be made to feel like a criminal with only an invasive full body search missing.Upon returning an item, expect to hear the below phrases from the manger:You opened the box and turned it on - how else am I going to see the item?You could have replaced the item with a fake from China... excuse me?You could have bought it anywhere else and tried returning it here... so now I'm committing fraud?Warning, you will be classed as an aggressive customer if you even think of standing up for your rights.In the end you call customer service who resolve the matter better for you than attending this store.Absolutely pathetic no customer care, not worth the hassle, better off going to other competitors.

NEVER have anything in stock!!! I'm after an essential item that is constantly out of stock in my local argos' s and if i choose delivery they can only fulfil part of my order so I still have to travel AND pay my delivery fee. Joke..

While I was at Sainsburys, I discovered an Argos on the corner.I love the location because it is convenient to pick up something when you shop at Sainsburys.The staff there and friendly and very helpful.
