Went to go get a return since product stopped working but the lady felt very rude and didnt help at all .They were asking for things that didnt even come with the item.Went to diffrent argos straight after and help was instant and nice i was shocked at the diffrence now I know never go to this store.

I would give zero if I could had the worst service ever from the manager Dace who made me wait for over 2 hours to change a controller even when I asked her to do the right thing for the customer she refused to do so she was dishonest about the exchange and refused to exchange it or even call customer service when I asked her to use the store phone for it she lied saying it was not working only for me to speak to customer service who asked her to exchange it instantly and no need for any code she was requesting me to call the manufacturer for very embarrassing moment for her in front of her staff the worst brand ambassador you could employ I am a manger in retail myself and I have never seen anything like this walking away from the customer to hide in the back over 4 times thinking I was going to disappear please I hope her regional sees this message and provides some trainning as she needs a whole load of development

Worst experience ever, the manager abdus is extremely rude and unhelpful refused to exchanged a damaged item and tried to make out like I damaged it when it was already like that - went to another store and they changed it immediately- STAY AWAY FROM THIS ARGOS SAVE YOUR TIME AND GO TO ANOTHER MORE HELPFUL ONE!! ABDUS IS USELESS RUDE AND NEED REMOVING FROM ANY LINE OF WORK THAT NEEDS TO HELP CUSTOMERS!!!

Really bad customer service! Imagine asking a manager for some assistance at the self checkout and she looked at me and walked right pass. I was ignored the entire time I was there. Items are good in Argos but the customer is usually terrible, no form of investment in that department.

I bought a Power supply 65w universal charger for my computer, but after 30 minutes the charger overheats, I returned to Argos Croydon Church Street. I explained the problem, a saleswoman named Sabrina asked the manager Abdus what to do, the manager Abdus kept me waiting 30 minutes to test the Power supply 65w universal. It doesn't seem right to me to wait 30 minutes when Argos guarantees 30 days for a refund if you are not satisfied.

I came in to return my item after having it for two hours because I got the wrong one when I came in and I spoke with Tina she was very rude although I was being polite and tried helping her open the box which she struggled to open however I got the response of? I have I eyes I can see ?and treated me with no respect as I am someone who works in customer service even if I had a bad day I wouldn?t treat anyone like she did !!!

The attention here is horrible. The manager is very rude and does not care about the well-being of customers. It was very rude when I wanted to change my computer purchased 07/26 and I wanted to change it the same day because I was wrong in choosing the operating system that had. I will never buy here again.

Terrible service. A faulty product was sold but they refused to take it back. And while they returned my product, they didn't pack in the base and wires which renders the product absolutely useless. Unable to contact them on the phone to check on the base/wire. Probably the worst service ever received!
