This place has a terrible customer care. An year and half back I had done a eye check up here and then got quite expensive glasses with varifocal lens done from here. But I never felt comfortable with it and when I went back with that complaint, they simply told me "well Nikon lens is not for everyone." !!! and showed no interest to look into the problem beyond a bit of bending. Wish they told me that on the first day or wrote it in the shop in bold letters. After trying for an year and a half I finally gave up on this highly expensive glasses and went to a different optician this time. I had such a great experience as they actually changed the lens since the initial one didn't make my vision perfect. Looking at the difference of the attitude, I now can say this place is simply not worth it.

Got a pair of glasses from these guys before summer and the screw fell out before I even wore them. They ordered me a new pair which I went to pick upThis next pair broke within 2 hours of getting home?.. the screw again.I would not buy glasses from this place as they are cheap and break. The customer service is terrible as they don?t care at all unless you?re buying their designer glasses :(Haven?t given me any updates on how they are going to resolve this, e.g. money back, new glasses etc. They have their money and don?t care about you whatsoever.The pic is of the 2nd pair!As you can see screw falls out as they are cheap!!

This is my personal eye care specialist for 3+ years and I want to say that the care for the client is on another lever. Super friendly staff with top services!In the past I tried to order online lenses, but the level of quality is not even close to what you will find here.Plus, here you will find Nikon approved lenses which in my opinion are the best.

Really delighted with the service and price. The cheapest advertised option really was that cheap, but the eye tests were professional and thorough.The staff were friendly and efficient. I could not recommend them more highly!

I have always been with the so called chains to sort out my eyewear due to high costs of independents but I gave this place a punt one random occasion and I havent looked back since. 6 years later I still receive the same level of service, clarity, thoroughness and professionalism whilst also being treated like a personal friend. The difference with this place in comparison to other chains is with All in one eyecare I am treated like a patient not a customer.

I have been a customer here for over 15 years and there customer service is second to none they are fabulous.They are the most caring, efficient, friendly people you will ever meet.They also have the best style glasses and sunglasses at reasonable prices.
