AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Some of the most unpleasant staff i?ve had the displeasure of dealing with. Never had a single good interaction with them. They are rude, dismissive, short and unhelpful every time i?ve been there and i?ve lived here my whole life. The women and older gentleman working there are worst, to the extent I genuinely do not understand how the branch is still in operation. Shocking and needs to be closed immediately. Will be using other services like DHL or ParcelForce from here on and I suggest everyone else does the same.

1 staff on at lunch time. So awful. Both for the person serving and for the customers queuing. The amount of people I saw join and then leave the queue. What a loss of business.

This is the worst post office I have ever been to , there is normally one miserable person on duty with a long queue of people waiting and they do everything extremely slowly, avoid if possible but with no banks in Addiscombe it?s difficult to do that .
