They lost my parcel!Well, to be precise, marked my parcel as delivered and gave to someone else.When i asked about CCTV to check the time when it was marked as collected, they said that store owner was working at this time, so no need to check it, and what I'm saying is impossible.When I asked what to do now, they said that they do not know asked me to leave.Either they gave it to someone else and took it.Really disappointed.

Lost my parcel and told me to go away. Did not apologies or tried again o help in any way. I will never ever again use this shop to pick up parcels. Complete disorganised mess!

This shop is useless to receive parcels. They sent my parcel away saying the shop was closed when it was open & now he has turned my parcel away again saying its too big! Its a pair of trainers in a box. Don't bother with this shop!!

Super rude. Opens and closes not according to info online. Best use other shops where a person behind a counter knows what customer service is.

Been here few times only to drop Hermes parcel. Not the friendliest staff (believed to be also owner). May be a bit of polite and helpfulness will help his store to do well amongst the competition in that road.

Had to drop off a Hermes parcel for return & get label printed earlier in the week. Lovely young man talked me thro scanning QR codes & getting label printed, being a slightly tech shy women over a certain age, he made the process smooth & easy.

Worst experience. Whenever I go for amazon parcel return, he always have excuse to send me back. this time i walked almost 20min to reach there and he simple said that his machine is not working. I have to walk for another 10min.

They were advertised as parcel returns for Hermes group but literally stole my parcel. I had to return an Amazon order but it was never posted back and they stole it. Be careful about this shop as it's not trustworthy!!!!

Very rude owner. Just doesn?t have basic manners. Reported him to Amazon and Hermes. Avoid going to this shop if you can.
