My experience in waitrose was a positive visit, only went there for a few items. Staff were friendly and the shop is easy to navigate around.

A good clean shop with a nice variety of products. Unfortunately, in the evening some products like cream or berries are sold out.

Old white woman in self check out needs to cheer up. Very bitter animosity left me alone when I gave her same attitude. Some people shouldn’t be in customer service. Rude for no reason everyone else is polite
