I visited Green Lanes branch of Turkish Bank to administer existing account on 18th October 2022 and were extremely pleased with the service that I received from friendly staff. I liaised with Melek and Seval and the members of her team who were very polite and friendly and understood and resolved my enquiry and were very helpful and had during my visit offered tea too.I wish to thank Seval and her staff members that assisted me at Turkish Bank Green Lanes.Kindest RegardsOzkul Ali-Riza

Staff do not know how to speak English, most disrespectful staff i've ever spoken to. They need to close down this branch.

One of the worst banks I?ve ever seen. The staff are so rude it?s unbelievable. I don?t understand why they would employ such people. Thankfully I don?t Use this bank anymore so I don?t need to see or deal with such bad mannered people!!

Rubbish service barely open wrong details on the banks website regarding banks opening hours never pick up the Telefon also the stuff inside at customer service don't know how to speak english.
