I had an extremely disappointing and distressing experience at TSB with the bank manager. Her behavior was shockingly unprofessional?rude, dismissive, and completely lacking in basic manners. Even worse, her comments and actions clearly reflected racist and Islamophobic attitudes, which made me feel unwelcome and disrespected.
No customer should ever have to endure prejudice or intolerance, especially in a professional setting like a bank. This individual does not represent the values a company like TSB should stand for. I strongly urge senior management to take immediate action and investigate this matter seriously. No one with such blatant bias should be in a position of authority or customer interaction. Completely unacceptable.

It would be nice, just once, if a member of staff who takes cash from me to pay into my bank didn?t treat me like an alien simply because I can remember my sort code & account number.
I haven?t carried physical cards since the invention of Apple Pay & then covid.
A smile & some manners when I visit my local branch seems like the minimum I might expect but at this branch it is, at best, an anomaly.

Could not access my account as a OTP (One Time Password) required. The issue was not resolved over the network. Cannot acccess my account by phone tried to but phone service not working. Wrote and complained but no answer. Perhaps I could transfer my acccount to another company.

I was visiting a branch at 4:18 and the lady told me counter cashier was closing at 4:00 and banks open until 5:00 I don?t understand why?? wats bank jobs if cashier close?! What?s doing after 4:00 just play games ( getting paid for nothing)

I recently visited the Crouch End branch of TSB. I arrived at 4.15 and was informed by a member of staff that counter service closed at 4pm. I was unaware of this and told by the staff member that this is mentioned on the website. On Google search, it did not state this. I explained this to the staff member, and he was very aggressive and rude. I would like to make a formal complaint on the behaviour of this person. I failed to get his name however I can say that I visited on the 7th March.

It's hard to find branches open till 5pm however this branch is still standing in crouch end with a small efficient team...on tsb website it shows they are closed for an hour for lunch 12-1 and counter services finish 4pm which is fair in the current high street banking standards.

Utterly useless; water my lunch break walking here in the rain, arriving at 1630 (closes at 1700) to be told 'no cash service' after 1600. Due to account closure I am required to empty my account in branch ONLY. Ridiculous. May as well close the branch (and all other useless TSBs).

No cash deposit in your account in this branch. The only way is pay in by envelope which they said takes one day. I?m still refreshing TSB bank application to see if it works.Very old fashioned.

Really friendly and helpful branch. Sorted out a large transfer of money making it feel very safe to do so. All worked out very well. I remembered Fiona from her previous job in Finsbury Park 30 years ago. A really fun person!

Terrible customer service. I asked something and they give me something different. They never know anything and always ask the people to return another day. No life for this. Waste of time.
