I had an extremely disappointing and distressing experience at TSB with the bank manager. Her behavior was shockingly unprofessional—rude, dismissive, and completely lacking in basic manners. Even worse, her comments and actions clearly reflected racist and Islamophobic attitudes, which made me feel unwelcome and disrespected.
It would be nice, just once, if a member of staff who takes cash from me to pay into my bank didn’t treat me like an alien simply because I can remember my sort code & account number.
I haven’t carried physical cards since the invention of Apple Pay & then covid.
