Horrible experience / never again.We were told we won a free family photoshoot with circa GBP 70 to spend on prints. We spent considerable time getting the shoot done with our dog and baby. We returned a second time to view and select which photos we liked. Which my wife loved so much, she was in tears at this point.Then right at the very end, when emotionally attached to one's family, dog and baby photos, we were sprung with unadvertised and known costs requiring us to pay GBP 600 to just access digital copies.At no point right until the very end we made aware of these exorbitant costs. Even when asking, we were told to wait till the end of the process. With additional gorilla marketing saying prices would double if we don't buy today. Meaning it would cost us £1,200 to just get digital copies alone.I have found the whole process to be morally repugnant and disingenuous - using forms of emotional blackmail and misrepresentation to try and force customers to buy overpriced access to their family photos. I find this even more disgusting that such practice is being used in a time of crisis where the cost of living is affecting many.Never again will I use Snappy Snaps or recommend them - quite the opposite.Bad bad bad...

Snappy Snaps were brilliant today-they created absolutely beautiful A4 prints from my phone and usb; they went out of their way to be helpful. The whole process was really easy and the results were excellent. Thank you.

Very nice shop for printing pics or buying frames - they have a good selection. I piped for a passport picture last time - very quick, professional and friendly service

I had a great experience at this branch today getting my 7 month old babies? passport photo taken, as I had struggled to do it myself at home. Staff got the door for me and my pram on the way in, the actual photo taking was fast and professional. The person doing it was really lovely and she explained everything clearly- like how to submit the photo to the online application etc. She even showed me there and then which options to click on the passport office website, and showed me that the photo was accepted. Would highly recommend for this service!
