Lying useless, incompetent pharmacy that is one of the most deceptive chemists in London. I hope this chemist goes bankrupt and doesn?t continue to exist. It?s chemists like these that ruin the NHS system and make people lose faith in UK healthcare.I was promised by the owner that my emergency medication would arrive yesterday afternoon. Due to work commitments, I wasn?t able to pick this up . I called earlier today to be told my medicine hasn?t been delivered. I have been left without stomach medication I need to take on a daily basis because of the negligence of this chemist. The woman I spoke to on the phone took 0 accountability and didn?t know what I was talking about, was very unhelpful and didn?t want to hear about how not receiving my medication had massively impacted me.I will never step foot in this chemist ever again . I don?t appreciate being lied to and my time wasted. I have never seen such behaviour from a chemist. Stick to Frost chemist instead on hornsey high street, a million times better

I had a highly frustrating experience at Saigrace Pharmacy where discrimination and racism seems to prevail. The owner, displaying unusual behavior, needlessly complicated my DPD parcel collection, going as far as deeming my valid Italian passport unacceptable as ID. His rudeness and disrespect wasted my time several times, refusing to release a parcel rightfully mine. The level of ridiculousness of this man and this business goes above and beyond imagination. I deeply regret my encounter with this place and believe they deserve a negative rating, far below one star.

I've just come back from the pharmacy. Their opening time is until 6.30pm and I was there at 6.10pm; however the pharmacist was closing the pharmacy and asked me to go back on the following day. Not nice when I was there within your opening time...

Gave me half the prescription amount and said to come back next week to pick up the rest. The next time I visit, the pharmacist isn't in so the lady told me she couldn't give me the other half of my prescription. Tried to visit again and the pharmacy was closed despite me visiting during the published opening times (no note on shutters explaining why). Wasting a lot of time trying to get the other half of my prescription, will be choosing a larger pharmacy with longer opening hours next time.

Graceless.Feels like a stage shop from a TV soap opera. The shelves are virtually empty and the stuff is vastly overpriced which you won't realise until you go to pay as nothing is labelled. They look like they get their stock from local poundshops and then mark it up several hundred percent.It also features a snazzy all glass torture chamber at the front of the shop for no apparent reason. Presumably to distract from the total lack of stock.Otherwise great and just getting up to speed with mid 1980s technology.

Took my parcel in for DPD the pharmist didn?t like the way I had wrapped my parcel, he then lied and told me they don?t do printerless service here, I called DPD and they said they do, I wrapped my parcel better and labelled it and he still wouldn?t accept it, made a complaint to DPD who informed me he had no right to refuse my parcel, strange owner going above and way beyond his job. ruined mine and my parcel receivers deadline for no other reason then to being overly esenctric.
