“It's ok in general. Customer service is decent, but there is one lady who is very good and always has an answer when I ask about make-up. She quite clearly does understand make-up. It would be great if she could have this to solely focus on rather than having to also be the retail assistant for the rest of the shop. An opportunity here for this person is very clearly missed by Superdrug management. As this person could possibly give make-up consultations.”
