Popped into Greggs Crouch End this afternoon (1st June). Ordered a vegan sausage roll and a sprinkle donut. Only half was through eating it did I realise it wasn?t vegan at all. The woman serving was clearly too busy talking to her friends to get my order right. Totally unacceptable. Do better.

Really bad customer service they just shrugs there shoulders when you ask them a question never any stock on shelves ask for a roll to be made because it isn't on the shelf they tell you no young kids running the shop are ruining ut for the brand

Avoid this store and go to the one in Harringey. Horrendous quality in comparison to other Greggs stores. Cold food, badly prepared, missing items from order. Genuinely pathetic service.

The shelves are are like spare ribs, hardly enough on them to feed anyone, let alone have choice. 3 packets of hash browns in the try our hot tasty ""range"", 10 baguettes from 3 ranges, a few bowls. Lots of drivers popping in and getting orders so there must be a choice for them. Very sparce offerings. But they are cheap .

Every Greggs is the same.
It's cheap , tasty, and satisfying.
The only thing bothering me is that there usually is no toilet, and many homeless people are stealing just right by my face .
Securiry It's supposed to be stricted .

1 star didn?t receive my actual food. Called, not sure what happened tbh but they said we had to contact just eat to cancel and then go through this rigmarole of reordering. Found it baffling as simply wanted them to make the sandwich and send it again as it was supposed to be my lunch. If I have to contact the intermediary to sort out the food I ordered through, but not from, then the system needs to change. Honestly, just send the food that was missing. Please don?t tell me to contact the external delivery service, and please don?t ask us to go down and pick up the food. The point of ordering is due to it being too far away to walk and get it ourselves.
