Popped into Greggs Crouch End this afternoon (1st June). Ordered a vegan sausage roll and a sprinkle donut. Only half was through eating it did I realise it wasn’t vegan at all. The woman serving was clearly too busy talking to her friends to get my order right. Totally unacceptable. Do better.

Rarely open on time in the morning. Told manager was 30 mins late so couldn’t open on time. Happened a number of times including today

Really bad customer service they just shrugs there shoulders when you ask them a question never any stock on shelves ask for a roll to be made because it isn't on the shelf they tell you no young kids running the shop are ruining ut for the brand
