Utterly incompetent and unhelpful.I have a repeat prescription. I’ve had to ask them to release it back in to the system almost every month and collect from elsewhere.Further, after answering the phone on a Saturday afternoon I was informed I had to wait until Monday for them to do me the pleasure of releasing the prescription.Not... read full comment
