Very helpful staff, especially Lee. He has helped us out many times and is the best in the store for customer service. We always leave the store with an excellent deal and save so much money thanks to him.

Handsome lee from crouch end, was amazing he saved me lots of money on my broadband and his service was amazing. Hes a true asset to the area crouch end, we need more people like him in the world.

Some of the worst, if not the very worst, customer service I've received. Disinterested staff who rudely asked me why I was cancelling the contract and that he couldn't do anything about it because "his manager wasn't it". Poor excuse. How can this be the case? The assistant rolled his eyes and swore under his breath when I asked him what I needed. Absolutely appalling

Irritating pushy and only intrested in aggressively selling you broadband. Getting any actual help for your problem is hard. Don't purchase anything on the spot you'll be better calling someone up. It's always cheaper

Shop opened a few minutes late. I asked them to put my new SIM in, which clearly didn't interest them. The sales assistant said rudely, 'Why you with GiffGaff?' If this guy comes to the hospital I work at maybe I'll ask him, 'Why did you break your arm?'. But I'll have a smile on my face...

I am staying in the UK until May 15, and needed a SIM to hold me over. Popped into the shop today and Roff (sp?) helped me out finding the card that best suited my needs, and installed the card for me. In and out in 10 minutes. Thanks so much!

DON'T GET ANY EE CONTRACTS!!! YOU'LL BE SCAMMED!!!I've got my contract in Crouch End, N8 in August 2022 and I haven't been explained by the staff that inflation will go on 31st March 2023 by £10.66!!! on top of my contract prices...!!! What will happen in 2024...?! God knows... referring to the Government inflation?! it's not an excuse...!!!Crouch End EE staff lied to me and today, on 27th February 2023 were absolutely unhelpful!!!

The customer service guy was so concentrated on his phone that he told me to call to re activate my number because they cannot do in the shop, when I call before they told me to do in the shop, now I have to see if I found someone who can borrow a phone because I literally can't call! Very very poor customer service
