I used to love this Costa. Unfortunately the manager here is absolutely rude with zero customer skills & this has caused me to avoid this place! Such a shame as it used to be my fave & local. Costa needs to be mindful of the people they choose to place in such positions when very incompetent!!

There is a manager lady who is always stubborn and always does what she knows. Customer communication is 0 and I am amazed how they made this a manager. Normally, I drink coffee every day, but when this manager happens, I go somewhere else, she is very disrespectful.

Friendly service. Nice relaxed atmosphere. Love the tuna melts. Coffee pretty mediocre but it's hot and gives the needed caffeine kick. Comfortable chairs that aren't too low. Clean and well lit.

I just want to take a moment to say a BIG thank you to all the lovely staff who work at this Costa. Every time I come in the baristas are really friendly, and my lattes are lovely and hot - much appreciated as it doesn't always happen with milky coffee! Had this experience multiple times, and I always leave with a smile on my face. Thank you! <3

Poor customer service, i had a Toast wich written with bold letters "Turkey and Trimmings " so i didn't read the small letter which i thought it is Turkey toast. Before eating i opened the toast and see full of bacon not a bit of turkey, i told the guy in counter and he said it is not our problem. Well done costa. Well done.
