I?ve been a regular customer at this Costa Coffee store, but the service has been consistently disappointing. Out of my last 10 orders, only 4 were made correctly. The rest have been poorly prepared, with coffees that taste awful and are clearly rushed. It feels like the staff don?t care about their job, and it?s becoming a joke.
When I order a cappuccino, I expect a cappuccino not a latte. If I request chocolate dusting, it should be added without me having to ask again. It?s basic attention to detail, which seems to be completely lacking here.
Where is the manager in all of this? Are they not monitoring the quality of the work, or are they part of the problem? It?s unacceptable, and I?ll definitely be contacting trading standards about the quality of service at this store.
What you pay should match what you get, and right now, it?s falling far short.

This afternoon I went in this Costa, the bad experience I have in my life, the worst service I hope I don't get a disease in my mouth, the service was all dirty the cup where I put my mouth was covered in lipstick, how is this possible they don't wash things carefully the staff is terrible I won't come again

Standard Costa coffee. Great location being located next to turnpike lane station and near the mall. Service is quick and staff are friendly. Definitely much quieter than the Costa inside the mall up the road. Highly recommend

The front door glass, repeatedly damaged by vandals, is as cracked as it can be. The windows are graffitied with bad language and they have to cover them with thick white plastic. Got my phone snatched while leaning on one of these windows. They didn't have CCTVs installed while many nearby shops had.

I'm a regular customer as this costa branch the staff here are great and always very friendly. It's a nice place to sit down and enjoy a nice coffee and toastie etc. I do feel bad for the staff sometimes as the shop tends to get shoplifters quite frequently they should perhaps consider moving the fridges behind the counter so the staff would pick up any sandwich orders etc they also unfortunately get alot of beggars asking people for money the staff do try thier best to take care of those situations as best as they can.
