Hi, I have been going to this shop for years and until now, I have loved it. I am not sure if head office or the shop manager reads these reviews but I would like to make a serious complaint about a member of the staff who was woking today Monday 5th June at 11.30am. Could someone please advise me of the best way to do this, thank you.
