Kaval is your man to go to. I had a slight issue with my trainers size and he solved it in minutes eventhough I went back to the store after 28 days of buying it initially. He made everything so smoth and was extremely polite and kind. Thank you so much once again. Will definitely visit the stor again.

Unfortunately the manager/s of this store are inept and have been possibly fast tracked to their positions as a tick-box exercise, as training and understanding of any level of customer service is non existent. Unfortunately this flows down to those manning the tills.
Was refused (until I stood my ground) a return of an item purchased in another TK Maxx store on the grounds they did not stock the item and I would have to return it to the original store, quite some miles away. I insisted they bring a manager, cue a serious scowl on the part of the female serving me. The manager also argued the toss (never have I seen such poor, belligerent, aggressive customer service).
I pointed out that whether or not the item was stocked in their store (an item of bedding, even though they do sell bedding in that store!!) I had purchased from a TK Maxx store and therefore it was returnable to a TK Maxx store. How they move items around once returned is of zero interest to me as the customer.
Eventually, begrudgingly, as if she was exchanging a refund for her first born, the female refunded me.
Called TK Maxx customer services straight afterwards who confirmed that any store would and should take a return, regardless of whether they stock the item and they would call the manager (good luck with that given the attitude I received from the store manager).
Of all the TK Maxx outlets, this is by far, my least favourite. Not because of the chaotic placement of their goods which is referenced in other reviews, but because of poor, rude, lazy and snarling customer services.
If you don't want/like your jobs, clear out, go home, put your feet up and watch daytime TV and leave the vacancies for people that do want to work and provide a good level of customer service as it reflects on you individually as people. It takes a lot more effort to be unpleasant and unhelpful, than it does to be friendly/helpful and warm to your customers and the rewards for the latter far outweigh a momentarily feeling of misplaced satisfaction.
