Lovely pub where I usually come to have a pint by my own and relax, perfect for locals and staff is usually quite fast. I unfortunately was very upset today when I got served by a very rude lady which seemed so overwhelmed when the pub was actually empty, she was quite rude!
If it wasn?t for her I would of probably enjoyed my morning a little better.

5 stars all cross the board! This was a fantastic Wetherspoons, admittedly the wait for food was a little longer than I?m used to at Wetherspoons locations but otherwise this was an amazing experience. High quality tasty food, lovely atmosphere and the friendliest staff I think I?ve ever encountered in any pub. Absolutely recommended!

Excellent Wetherspoon Pub, the team are very hard working and attentive, I ordered through the app and also at the bar, both were stress free.
Food and drink is excellent for the price paid.
Would definitely recommend..??

Wanted to treat a vulnerable friend to a coffee, we paid for this but coffee was not available on the machine the female who sold us the coffee did not want to k ow and when someone came to help they were more interested in refu ding us for the coffee than in refilling the machine.. except he then tried to refund for one coffee and not made to feel welcome, a vulnerable friend was profoundly upset. And the staff had no excuse for the machine not working as the pub was quiet for a morning. The Beaten Docket needs staff who want to sell food and drink without bad attitude.

Discovered by surprise, very nice staff, the place to have a good time. It was worth all the time we spent there for several days. Both for lunch or dinner, and for having a good drink. Highly recommended prices
