After selling rotten products, instead of apologizing they do everything not to refund. I think they need to check their cold chain, and health and safety procedures.

Not sure why in such a big store there is just 2 self service tills that accept cash and 2 more tills with people actually working on them any family run place a tenth of the size would have more people on the tills

I hate this place but I can't get some of their products, or petrol, anywhere else, so I have to visit occasionally. I go early; there is always litter on the floor, cages everywhere, no tills open. I especially hate the car park's aggressive speed bumps and ridiculous poles (see photo). I use hand scanners, but they are frequently unavailable and I have to use their stupid machines the hard way, invariably needing the help of the one assistant on duty there. When the hand scanners do work I often need a re-check, taking up that assistant's time even more.

I shop regularly and the staff are kind. Beck is very friendly and understanding as i often do big shops with my young children.

My local store. It isn?t open 24 hours a day now but 6am to midnight except Sunday. The staff are good and friendly. There?s the usual offerings from Tesco. If you don?t have a Tesco card it can be be ridiculously expensive, but then that?s the trend these days.

Very poor Customer Service. Staff need to be trained how to deal with customers if they want the customer to spend money in the store - treat customers how you want to be treated when you shop too!

Worst click and collect experience ever!! Waited half an hour - no manager - no staff - no way to contact anyone, nothing. Just sit and car park and wait. Be better Tesco !! Every little helps..
