“One of my favourite stores, but the new layout is really odd. I get that it was probably not the store's decision, but the upper management's, but honestly I have no idea why they thought it would be a good idea. It's difficult to find anything, and having to scan the receipt at the checkout to exit seems to be a waste of paper, without any benefit. Anyway, the prices and range of products remain fantastic, so I don't want to complain too much.”

“The customer service i received was good from the store assistant who helped me locate what i needed, and also the assistant who helped me at the self checkout.I would have given 5 stars, however first of all, a man who worked there, who had been sweeping outside earlier, directed me to the LADIES toilet instead of the mens! How he could mistake me for female is ridiculous, i have a beard and moustache, plus never received an apology from him.”
