Staples corner branch 20 minutes of Time waste due to stock of plum slate gravel showing available on the system but it wasn't physically present . no resolutions at all poitr on the desk made calls no manger present or a supervisor. Communication wasn?t transparent charged extra then had to refund all in all it was just a waste of time.

I have been with Selco for a very long time and spent a lot of money with them. Their experience at Cricklewood has been absolutely shocking to say the least. Two deliveries and they messed up both on top of that. No apologies. The staff were very rude. Every time I try to speak to them, I never get a call back. On three occasions, I was given the wrong information. If I am lucky, I will never have to use them again, The worst part is most likely I will. The manager definitely needs to train his staff about common courtesy

He loaded a lot of materials into my van without hesitation and was genuinely helpful and kind. It made a big difference, and I really appreciated the support. Top service!

You need to know what you need exactly. Otherwise, if you need assistance, it's not easy. I would probably spend more money if I had help who knew the material and could help me as someone who is not in the industry.
