Order and collection very bad customer service
I have ordered hot water pump and they told me to collect it at 12 pm (tomorrow) and I lost the job because of them.

Came in just before closing for a Click & Collect and initially thought I might not get served in time. But the team went the extra mile and got my order sorted quickly despite it being so close to 4pm. Really appreciate the effort ? great customer service in the end!

As an non-skilled trades person, who loves doing DIY . I found the staff supportive and suggestive to my needs.They were always prepared to go the extra mile no matter how small the item was.The store manager viraj could even find a price match when I was not aware of it. Thanks to Screwfix/Staples corner for saving me time and money

Staff were very helpful, I'd thought I'd done a click and collect order but I hadn't completed it. He found my account on the system and found my incomplete order, then checked if it was in stock. Very helpful on a very stressful day. I didnt get his name but it was 8th July around 5/6 pm.

I've come here only to let London know what a star Kieran is at the Screwfix Staples Corner.When someone enjoys their job and loves helping customers it just shows.This guy was a star today, I was helped make the right purchase for me as if he was my best friend helping out. I had been having trouble finding the rights screws to mount a cabinet to a wall. Mohammed was incredibly patient with me (I am no expert about building stuff). He helped us find the right screw and even gave me a drill bit for it! Mohammed is an absolute LEGEND! Thank you so much!
