As soon as we walked in to Dreams we were acknowledged by an employee Abdul. He was with another customer , but made sure we knew he had seen us .Very rare these days to be acknowledged by a member of staff .Not just trying to sell , but really interested in making sure we had all our questions answered and offering us choices .Offering water to us and seating also.
Not only did we buy a very good mattress,we also bought good pillows and mattress protector etc .Your branch in Tottenham ct road , had a different outlook .Don't get up from your desk .Don't ask if we need any help .GREAT .Abdul is a credit to your company and very professional .

I am very happy with the service I received from Dreams. On entering the store I was greeted by Eve in a friendly way who spent a lot of time showing me the various beds and mattresses. I tried the Sleepmatch machine, and then tried out many different mattresses with a dual ice pillow. I was also offered a drink.

I will definitely shop at Dreams, Staples Corner again. I was greeted as I entered the store. I explained to the Specialist I was looking to buy a bed & base with 4 drawers for my elderly Mother. I had a price range in mind. He invited me to try various options and gave me a pillow each time. To better understand how to tailor my needs to the right bed set, we entered info into the Sleepmatch machine which actually confirmed what he had already suggested. With a decision finally made, he invited me to sit and offered me refreshments whilst he prepared the invoice. He talked me through my order, delivery, assembly etc ensuring I was completely clear on everything before the final payment. The entire experience was very pleasant and I left happy and confident in my purchase. I would recommend Dreams, Staples Corner branch 100%!
