With Land of Leather long out of existence, this remains your best choice for affordable quality furniture, if you don't want to build Ikea furniture.
There are two other furniture stores in this retail park and when you step into them you realise just how reasonable DFS is in comparison to other options.

We have been approached by Aisha when looking at a sofa we have absolutely fell in love with. We had a few questions to ask and they were all answered accordingly. Although we didn?t buy the sofa on the day, Aisha was really lovely and helpful and we will definitely come back to order the sofa when we are ready. Other members of staff were also very friendly and welcoming into the store.

Alona at DFS helped my mum and I, when we visited the store to really elevate my mums house, she choose exception colours and style that suited my mums taste and gave us a very detailed, professional and polite service whilst in store. The store is perfect to really visualise what suggestions the staff make cause they really know their stuff? thank you so much alona, our sofas are amazing

Ruined my sofa and flat upon installation and are not quick to resolve the problem and won't resolve the problem correctly. Also they have essentially tried to put blame on ourselves for there wrong doings.

I recently purchased a sofa from DFS and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience. From the moment I walked into the showroom, the staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and really helped me find the perfect piece for my home.
The ordering process was smooth and straightforward, and delivery was right on schedule. The sofa itself is incredibly comfortable, stylish, and clearly made with quality materials. You can really tell it?s built to last.
I also appreciated the care advice provided at the time of purchase, which has helped me keep the sofa looking as good as new. I would absolutely recommend DFS to anyone looking for well-made furniture and top-notch customer service.

Awful staff member with glasses and bald head that just followed me round the whole shop and watched me it was very creepy I think he was security. I was with my child and he was scaring us! Never going back there again! Disgraceful behaviour towards customers!

I've never been shouted at down the phone before by a member of customer service but I guess there is a first time for everything. After explaining they had guaranteed to callme back within 48hours on Tuesday, I had heard nothing by the Sunday so phoned again and explained this but they decided to get shouty and hung up on me. I would avoid at all cost!

Thank you to the staff member Jaz who made our visit and decision making so much easier then it would of been going in alone.
She helped us figure out what size would make sense and how to create more of a family friendly set up for our living room.
To be honest when we told her it was for a new flat she shared our excitement which made me smile and the conversation so much easier...

Absolutely waste of money, deserves -10 stars for the customer service overall and quality of sofa they sold me. Spent about 5 grand on sofa?s at DFS because I always used to hear they had good sofa?s with quality, turns out I dug myself in a deep hole by buying from them, if you have eyes and want to keep your money safe. Do NOT, I repeat, DO NOT BUY FROM DFS, At first they?re all nice then when it comes to complaining they start shouting. Just don?t buy from there unless you don?t like your money.
