I got to say this is by far the best run costa in London the staff are amazing and the manager is a legend. Always polite always talkative and actually takes time to ensure your order is exactly how you want it. Got to say going to another Costa after the Finchley Road branch is always a bit of a let down tbh

I have been to this Exceedingly Excellent 5 Star Award Winning Costa in Finchley Road quite a few times but I haven't been to this Exceptionally Beautiful and Charming 5 Star Award Winning Costa Coffee Shop in Finchley Road for quite sometime. The Food Hygiene Rating's at this Exceedingly Excellent Costa Coffee shop in Finchley Road have Exceedingly Excellent 5 Star Food Hygiene Rating's. The Cappuccino Coffee at this Costa Coffee Shop is Beautiful and very nice indeed. The Earl Grey Tea at this Exceptionally Beautiful and Charming Costa is very nice and Beautiful indeed. All of the Staff including the Owner of this Exceptionally Beautiful and Charming 5 Star Award Winning Costa Coffee Shop in Finchley Road whom all work in Collaboration with each other are all Exceptionally Lovely People towards me themselves all of the time and they all have Extremely lovely personalities as well. All of the Staff including the Owner of this Exceptionally Beautiful and Charming 5 Star Award Winning Costa Coffee Shop in Finchley Road all of them have made this Costa Coffee Shop in Finchley Road into a very well established Business by their hard work and dedication and in being very inspirational people themselves and they all work very well together as a team. In addition to that all of the Vegetarian Sandwiches at this Costa are amazing and very delicious indeed. I would definitely like to come and enjoy myself at this Exceptionally Beautiful and Charming Costa Coffee shop in Finchley Road again in the Foreseeable Future all being well.

A service was 0 a customer cervice was bad. I set every day there to wait my kids . And shamless service and bad attitude of one of employees

At 1 minute to3pm I ordered a coffee and Bakewell tart , I am a regular customer in this branch. I get serverd my tart and wait for my coffee to be made while waiting at 3pm the staff put a 50% label on the tarts I question this and she said as I ordered before 3 she could not do anything ,she could have said wait 1 min . Last time I spend any money there again on average you just lost a loyal customer who spends £20 a week with you.

Went in to get my freebie birthday cake slice. The Indian server was unfriendly and almost bothered by my existence. Very different experience to Cafe Nero where the server actually asked if it was my birthday and wished me happy birthday.

I have been going there for a while, and the coffee is great. However, there is always this lady who has been there every single time I?ve gone to do some work. She is loud, obnoxious, and creates problems for the workers who are just trying to do their jobs. I think she might be homeless, but it?s creating an uncomfortable environment. She carries plastic shopping bags and leaves them near the smoking area. Hopefully, something will be done because I really enjoy going there.
