EVASSIVE DISMISSVE AND RATHER XENOPHOBIC STAFF.I went to ask for a bank statement signed and stamped as required to complete my W-8BEN form for my shares account. They did not clarify that they could not sign it for me untile the very last minute that I had to insist them. They just spot a foreign accent and pressumed that I needed it for a Visa. I did ask for a signature before entering the bank and I did ask for it on Barclays over the phone. Both times I was told it was possible. Appalling service, 0 empathetic and 0 willing to help. I don´t make the rules of whether a bank statement needs to be signed or not.They don´t care about your needs. The fact that to operate administratively in the UK they don't ask you for a signature doesn't mean it's like that too in the US or other countries. And if they ask me for a bank statement stamped AND signed, Braclays should be able to provide you with that, and not treat you miserably like they did withe me today.

This bank is very bad! People need to stand in line for 2 hours to put money themselves. The apparatus is free, these guards do not allow this to be done, since they introduced a number of people in the bank. but there is a department where a person can stay for one hour. So everyone has to wait to have an operation that takes 3 minutes. There is no such mess in other banks. It's outrageous! People do not go to this bank, there is very poor room service.

I have been with Barclays very long time. But as I was in the queue I couldn?t help looking at a lady staff Ann Marie O Donnell. This person was multi serving customers like she was a one person bank. Very professional, kind courteous and well presented in uniform. Every time I come to the branch she is like that. She is a star that shines. I just wanted to say Big thank you for your skills and knowledge. I just wanted Barclays management to take good care of this person and everyone who works hard in that branch. 10 out of 10.

Usually a good customer service, but since the Coronavirus service drop significantly. Had to over one hour in the queue to find out that only one till is open because of social distancing. But a staff is seating next to open till and drinking water. I guess social distancing is for the customers only.

VERY POOR SERVICE AND STAFF WITH INACCURATE KNOWLEDGE. I ordered a pay slip and was told it would come within 3-5 working days, after two weeks I received nothing. I went back and asked and a lady told me there is nothing like a pay slip. This happened to my sister too in another Barclays branch. I can?t wait to get another account in a more professional bank.

I leave in front of this branch, it is always every single day this branch has long queues. And in Willesden Green Branch the same situation. When you see Natwest and Lloyds branches rarely there are long queues.

I just deposit some cash at the cricklewood Broadway branch. The machine works perfectly,but the service is unnecessarily slow! I waited 50 mins to get in! Every shop does queuing at the moment, but this i crazy!Machine was free and I needed to wait because they cannot let more than 4 people inside at once...well then maybe the blondy lady that was queuing inside for the counter should have wait as everybody else outside instead than slow down the service!!! I was basically waiting while the machine was free because of her waiting inside!unprofessional from the person who is at the door!
