Gul the woman at the till needs more customer service training. Among the products we bought, there were two plant pots without price or barcode, she got rude and wanted us to to go and find out that information and do the long queu again. She was completely reluctant to help.

Trolleys are non existent.

5 out of 5 stars for the wonderful Alphonsa who did the most brilliant job designing an incredibly tight kitchen and ensuring everything we wanted could fit in. She was so helpful and knowledgeable, I can't recommend her and Jessi who also helped ensure we got everything we needed more. Will absolutely make sure I see them for all my future design needs.

Exceptional service - Barry deserves a raise.
Came into the shop today with a mismatched table and legs, not entirely sure what we needed. Barry didn?t just help, he showed up. Friendly from the first minute, he talked through options with us, offered clever solutions, and even cut the wood himself to make sure everything fit. This kind of above and beyond service isn?t just rare, it?s gold. Seriously, if anyone deserves recognition (and a pay bump), it?s Barry

Disappointing customer service. Previously had great service in this store. Staff used to go above and beyond. But recently was met with rude and miserable characters. Their in store cutting service stops at around 1.30pm or 3pm. Whenever they feel like it I guess. Sad to see Especially as a trade member
