“My favourite supermarket. Parking is free and the lot is quite busy but patience will always get you a space. Store does sadly not have a bakery. Update: the store now has self-service checkouts which speed up getting out!”
“The staff in here are friendly, and go out of their way to help (especially in recent times). Very rarely, special offers don't show when ringed up at the till, and they solve the problem there and then, without any issue. They are a great asset to have locally.”
“By far the best part of this store is the bakery and the baker. Excellent customer service. Absolute 5 stars. Tesco's croissant and batons are way better than in Waitrose next door. (ALDI Coulsdon doesn't have any fresh baked products). The rest of the store and staff is "meh", uninspired item choices, and pricey. But it's a great place to quickly grab a meal deal or something freshly baked...”

“Very nice Waitrose, not very big, but has all the basics we need.Lots of staffed check outs as well, which I absolutely love, and the whole community certainly appreciate as well, nobody likes those self check out machines that some other supermarkets try to make people use.Staff were very friendly, which always makes shopping a fun joyful experience.Thank you! :)”
