Same as previous reviewer, Very rude when trying to drop of a UPS parcel, told to come back another time, not sure UPS should still have a contract with them if they can't be bothered training staff.. Also had prior experience where they moaned at us for using a card to buy a bottle of coke. Luckily other shops close by so no need to ever return.

Says they are UPS access point but refuse to take any parcels or let you collect parcels. Every week machine is broken or their colleague that does UPS is not here. Always come back next week.Also very rude on top! Don?t offer the service if you don?t intend to do the work.

Aggressive i went in to collect my Zara delivery. The man started shouting and demanding ID, QR code . After a while another man appeared asked me my name and returned with my parcel. Maybe the shouting man was having a bad day, i won't be returning to compare experiences

The staff in here are friendly, and go out of their way to help (especially in recent times). Very rarely, special offers don't show when ringed up at the till, and they solve the problem there and then, without any issue. They are a great asset to have locally.

Always check your change, me and my girlfriend have both been short-changed at different times. They always scan things twice so check your receipt.
