Absolutely appalled by an extremely rude member of staff, not only did she insist them sending the wrong pizzas ?wasn?t her problem? she then proceeded to continuously hang up the phone on me and then ignore the phone when we rang back. How this person can work for a company where customer service is essential is beyond me.

I've been a loyal Domino's customer for a while, but after my recent experience, I?m seriously reconsidering. I ordered a pizza through the app that I?ve ordered many times before, but this time I received two plain pizzas instead. When I called to fix the issue, I was hung up on four times by a rude and dismissive employee. The lack of proper customer service is really disappointing, and I?m not sure I?ll be ordering from Domino?s again after this

I?ve always had great experiences with Domino?s, but this was by far the worst customer service I?ve ever encountered. I ordered a pizza I?ve saved in the app before, but instead, I received two plain pizzas. When I called to address the issue, I was hung up on five times by the same rude, dismissive staff member. It?s incredibly frustrating to deal with such poor service after being a loyal customer. This situation has completely soured my opinion of Domino?s, and I won?t be ordering from them again

Ordered online, all food pictured with garlic dips, arrived with no dips apparently dominos don?t provide these anymore. No mention of this on the website or anywhere else. Awful.

Love their burger pizza

Ordered in January and the pizzas arrived burnt. Decided to try again tonight and one hour after ordering I rang to see how much longer they would be. The unhelpful girl who answered said they would be at least another 15 mins and was shocked when I said I wanted to cancel. The manager then came to the phone and was argumentative and stroppy, and initially refused to cancel. I eventually pointed out that I had paid via PayPal and would just contact them for a refund and after a huffy silence he agreed to refund. Not trusting him, I went onto PayPal and opened a case that was immediately decided in my favour. Moral of the story, if you?re brave enough to order here then at least pay with PayPal so that your refund is easier to get!
