Booked the children?s braids and nails for my daughter and her friend. Hair and nails were done so beautifully by Kae. Lovely customer service and the salon was really nice! Such a lovely treat if you?re looking for a girly pamper day. Will definitely be recommending to family and friends.

I?ve visited the salon a few times and have always been happy with my nails, whether that be gel or extensions. Today I had an acrylic removal and BIAB set done beautifully by Karina! Thank you so much for your patience and attention to detail :) Love the nails and will definitely be back again

PS first of all, I never asked for or expected a ?Russian manicure? but must admit that for the first time in 15 years living in different parts of London I bumped into a specialist that can not even file nails properly. The tone you?re using to reply to people that left 1* reviews is just appalling and says a lot.Once again. I?ve booked a manicure and pedicure. There were lots of things that went wrong and were unusual including a very limited choice of nail polishes, lack of sharp and clean equipment but the most inconvenient part was that 50 minutes after the start we were still fixing the shape of the nails and dealing with cuticle. So, I had to leave after paying £25 for a quick mani.Your trained specialist never offered me opportunity to talk to the manager and there was no one to fix what she?s started.All the best.It was a disastrous experience. After spending 50 minutes in the salon we were a half way through with my manicure? Didn?t like the results, had to stop and leave. Hopefully they will hire people that actually have a proper experience

Really wanted to love this place as it looks great and the employees seem nice but was massively let down this evening. I booked a same day pedicure and removal over the phone. They were running 15 mins behind schedule which is fine, I understand sometimes things overrun.However just before beginning my pedicure the nail technician informed me that she wouldn?t be able to complete the gel removal and pedicure because they didn?t put the removal part on the booking, even though I?d confirmed this over the phone an hour prior to this!Now I am in a position where everywhere is closed and I still need my nails done for several events I have this weekend. They offered minimal apology and no compensation for the enormous amount of stress caused. I was given the option to rebook for another day but that simply won?t fit into my schedule this weekend.Very very disappointing customer service and clearly shoddy admin processes.
