Our little girl started when she was 10 months and settled in really well. Her care workers were lovely and put her and us at ease. She?s now in a different room for older babies and the experience has also been good so far. The staff at the nursery are all friendly and approachable and provide helpful updates on drop offs and collection. There?s also an app which they update throughout the day with photos and details of what activities the babies are doing, what they?ve eaten and how much etc which really helps and is nice to know what they?re up to during the day. The manager also emails weekly updates which are helpful. Overall a really positive experience so far - would recommend.

Our daughter goes to the nursery and we are so happy with how she is getting on. The facilities are great, they have a lovely garden and there are plenty of toys for her to play with. They have a different theme each week with a variety of activities, even for the little ones. There is a great app which is updated with photos and things they have been doing. It is so lovely to see what they get up to and know they are happy.The staff are all all friendly and we feel like they truly care.

The nursery is bright, airy and well organised. The staff are always very caring and friendly.My son has been going to this nursery since he was 6 months old and has really flourished. The parent admin app is really helpful when wanting to know what he is up to throughout his day.Would highly recommend this nursery.

My eldest attends the nursery and really loves it. She has really thrived in the environment. The minders are really caring and love their job, which really shows. The rooms are light and airy, with plenty of outdoor space and ample activities to do.

Both my sons have attended Brightsparks and we've been able to sample every year group from baby to pre-school. It's a fabulous nursery with caring staff and a brilliant manager. Having sampled other nursery's in the area, Brightsparks is highly recommended.

My eldest has been going to the Old Coulsdon branch for 2 and a half years now. She absolutely loves being there and the staff are so friendly. Unfortunately due to COVID, she missed out on lots of interaction with other children and development but the Old Coulsdon team have been fantastic throughout. My daughter has thrived since being here and I would highly recommend.

Both my children attend this nursery. It is light, airy, clean and well organised. The activities are great and my children seem to love attending.

I booked a tour for this evening as I need full-time nursery as of April. I was advised to come in today (an appointment was made a week prior to this) I've turned up on time at 17:30 with my 7 month old in the cold to be greeted by a lady who advised, "My Manager isn't in this evening, did she not call you?" obviously not... I then asked can we get a quick look a round nonetheless as we've come a long way to which she replied, "No, it's not in my job role, I'll get someone to call you". Didn't take my name, number, apologise or nothing!! The time I walked back to the car (It's quite a walk to their portacabin nursery) changed a nappy the said employee was walking past... so maybe it was home time?!!
